Packing it in!

Well, ends up we have wonderful little travelers! Especially when they can watch movies the whole drive. Look at sweet Emery! Is she not breath taking? As soon as we got there...seems as if everyone did not want to be in the pic. You gotta just laugh!

Blake and I got quite the arm workout this trip from juggling the girls. I seriously have the sweetest husband and he's the best daddy! I love these pics of Emery...it's like she knew what was about to happen. The first ride! Owen wanted to do race cars so bad, and we thought surely the girls were too little. Nope...you only have to be 32" to ride along! I LOVE this one. We caught a parade and the guy asked who was at Disney for the first time. Look at my sweet boys sheepishly raising their hands. Awwww.

Sadie taking in the parade. It was like being front row at the circus!

The carousel...with the castle thingy in the background.

She is posing for me. When did she get so big?!?! Did I mention she is 3 1/2 now? Ugh. No baby no. Please don't grow.

My little cuddle bug....

She wanted to hug this lady...pretty sure she thought she looked like a princess ;)

Desperate to get a pic of all of us! Owen loved the roller coasters.

Their Gigi sent money for them to get a toy! There is a small chance we kept them out too late this night. This totally is not like us, our kids are in bed by 7 every night. They did really well considering its not their norm. Now, they might have cried the entire walk from hotel parking lot to their bed, but...

We told the boys to try and pull the sword out...and they were a bit heart broken they couldn't pull it out like the kid on the movie. This pumpkin was a complete daddy's girl the whole trip. One time she told me, "No. Not you mama. DADDY!!!" Mkay then. Day two our Papa Max gave the wonderful suggestion that we eat lots of ice cream. It's vacation! Why not!?!?

Swiss Family tree house! Cooper's favorite movie!

Awww.

A little jungle safari ride...

Yahoo! We got to see Princess Tiana!

Best.dad.ever. It was SO hot and we were sweaty!

Owen did not want to be in the photo, so he got to take it!

My favorite part...the African Safari in Animal Kingdom! It was unreal!

We had to stop on our safari because the giraffes were walking on the road!Sadie thought it was stinky! A favorite ride for the kids, it was great there were rides we could all go on!

This one just breaks out dancing anywhere...with no music!

Their favorite part of Animal Kingdom? Touching the poop. Yep. That's real poop. It's been cooked and covered in lacquer, but they still thought it was awesome to hold it!

My lil guys went on that roller coaster!!! It scared the living daylights out of them, but they did it. They wanted to. And it was not the ride itself that got them scared...there was a monster in a cave. We hate monsters you all.

Waiting to get our tickets for the coaster!

They are SO sweet!

Dancing again!

How cute are they?

Not sure he'll ever understand how much this makes me love him more!!! Gosh I adore this guy. Winning his baby girl a carnival toy.

Look at her face! Priceless!

Your daddy loves you princess.

Princess Tiana again...same day another shot.

The water play was a HUGE hit. How great is this picture?

You would've thought they won the lottery! They were so hot that this was perfect play and cool down!

Hope you loved these as much as we do! We feel like the luckiest people alive to have had such precious time together. And hopefully loads of wonderful memories that none of us will quickly forget.

Oh the Memories!

What a wonderful day we had! The weather was gorgeous, and even a bit hot! I am hoping I took enough pictures that we will not quickly forget this time together. The kids were fantastic. Oh how blessed we are with these sweet babies! They helped one another, shared seats, cars, food, drinks and treats. My heart just swelled with pride today. Here are just a few pics til I can upload my camera. Enjoy!

Surprise Lovies

We surprised the kids today with a mini-vacay to Disney World! So we are headed south. I have never been to Disney World myself, only Disneyland when I was 3 or 4 so I have no idea what's about to happen...but I am so excited for the kids!!!

Incredibly Fun Weekend

Friday Cooper didn't have school so we packed up lunch and went to a different park. It was so much fun! Just after I caught these sweet pictures of them climbing this gorgeous tree, a worker for the park told me they had to get down. No tree climbing aloud at this park. What a sad sad thing. We no longer let kids climb trees. Really? Cooper was so confused and sad "we got in trouble". I love Sadie's expressions in these pictures. And below Emery is trying to blow bubbles. Too cute!Isn't this an amazing tree!?!? Our friend Jack (his daddy is here for fellowship too). This was Sunday...a little out of order. Because of the events of Saturday night, the boys slept in and we missed church. So we went to Stone Mountain Park and the boys did the ropes course. Look at my babies up there!!!! There is also a rock climbing wall that Sadie was dying to do. Only problem is you have to be 45 lbs. Poor sister...she was so sad. She is only 30 lbs at 3 1/2!

She did however get to do the zipline and the smaller ropes course for little kiddos. She loves the zipline.

Emery wanted to try the course too! So cute!

And perhaps the BEST part of this weekend was the Thunder/Hawks game. Papa Joe and Gigi got us tickets to the game. We were so excited to get to cheer on our OKC team in Atlanta! We were actually shocked that there were lots of Thunder fans there. The game started at 7 and we got a sitter for the girls. It was so much fun to have some time just with the guys. It was just priceless and just what my heart needed.

A camera guy saw our shirts and mouthed to me "I want to get your shirt". We were about 3 rows back so he got a real close shot and was on us for at least a good 10 seconds. We didn't think much of it until our OK friends started texting us that they saw us on TV! Ends up the guy was shooting for Fox in OKC! Luckily a friend took a pic of it and shared it on facebook! How fun is that? Sadly, the Thunder lost, but gave a great game. The boys were so into the game. I love this shot of Cooper. They both were great sports and enjoyed the time even though we lost.

Perhaps the cotton candy, Mike & Ike's, Popcorn and peanuts made it better? This guy LOVES cotton candy which is so cute because he hardly eats lots of junk. Owen on the other hand is like his mama...we love some sweets!!

This just sums up how our hearts felt. Sorry for the small pictures...these were from my phone!

Mercy

I am an awful blogger. For those of you still hanging around, thanks for being patient.

We had so much fun at the hotel pool. What a treat to swim in February. Blake's parents came up for a long weekend with our neice and nephew from Texas. The kids were in heaven (and behaved like complete hooligans!)

Emery LOVES the water. She is pretty certain she can swim alone. She is one wiggly worm in the water. I can't wait until she can swim more this summer. Look at these two! This sweetie loves her daddy. And she loves to cuddle right up next to you.I thought these were great pictures. 6 cousins ages, 6, 5, 5, 4, 3, and 20 months! No wonder we were pooped!I ordered some new shirts for the girls from my sweet friend Terra over at Tickled Sew Pink. Just click on her button. Warning: She has amazing fun gifts! Ok. Talk about melt my heart! They DO occasionally bicker, but they are so stinking cute how much they enjoy one another.
Are they not the cutest shirts?

Too bad she never smiles :) Emery is now 20 months old. She loves pickles, apples "bapples", oatmeal, raisins, rice, yogurt, corn on the cob, oh and of course SUCKERS. She is using so many words!!! She says: Owie, Pooper, Sadeeee, cack-er, tutie (cookie), tan tu (thank you), saw we (sorry), bes ew (bless you), peas (please), bootie, poop (her brothers are so proud of these last two), I go, mine, no tan tu, bubbles, tain (train), ah bord (all aboard). She LOVES to sing along with nursery rhymes. She is so funny and loves to pretend. She already does tea parties, dress up, baby dolls. She just seems to be growing up SO fast. She is still favoring her left hand. When she toots she declares, "I pooped". Oh we just can't stop laughing. She also loves to dance and say "bootie bootie" while she shakes her rump.

Have you all seen these? They are Blue Tracks and they are AWESOME! Our friends came over to play and brought it. All 6 of the kids were hooked! You can only order them online I think.

Remember this costume? I knew I would be glad I kept it. It's a size 12m!!! She later paired it with a tutu and princess cape.

Tickle time!

Blake's mom came back (like 3 days after getting home) to help out while Blake was out of town last week. Oh I don't know what I would do without her. She is so giving. And the kids didn't mind having her around either ;) Look how tall Sadie is getting!

Emery's first water color painting. Shhh. It was really just water she painted with.

I love my job. There was one morning this week when things were particularly rough and I might have told Blake I was going to get a paying job. This is such a privilege to stay home, I hope that doesn't come across wrong.

Friday nights we have been doing pizza and movie night. It's so fun to have a picnic and see how excited the kids get over something different.
