We Have No Choice
Bold statements here. God calls us to this. We have been made aware. And we have no choice but to do something.
"We should be leading the change on this, it's what Jesus calls us to do."
I like how it is stated -- we have no choice. I wish more Christians felt that way. My husband and I were just talking about our radical decision this week. We just finalized our latest adoption (of two brothers from DHS) the last day of September (along with already having adopted a son from Guatemala in 2006), and we are almost done with approval to start fostering for DHS, something I NEVER thought we would do. If all goes as planned, we'll have started out the year with 1 kid in our house and will have more than likely 5 kids in our house in a few weeks. Most people think we are crazy, but I just wish people would realize we are simply answering the call. It's not about us.
