"So promise me you'll never forget...that you aren't an accident or an incident...you are a gift to the world, a divine work of art, signed by God. You were deliberately planned, specifically gifted, and lovingly positioned on this earth...Flooded by emotion, overcome by pride, the Starmaker turns to us, one by one, and says, 'You are my child. I love you dearly.'" Max Lucado, God Thinks You're Wonderful

Happy Monday!

She is now standing and walking 8+ steps without us prompting her to do so! What a fun stage!

Sadie and Turner! They are 5 weeks apart in age and aren't they totally adorable???

This was at the park for the open adoption picnic with our agency. Sadly, none of our birth families could come, but we had fun seeing all of our adoption friends and meeting some of their families!!!

Emery is soo funny. She does this thing where she closes her eyes to make us laugh...and I hadn't caught it on film yet. Of course, this was when she had just eaten dinner and was all messy...but isn't she cute? She is a talker! She babbles constantly, and gets quite loud too. She now calls me MOM. Not mama, but very clearly, "MOM" and she does it like she is yelling for me like a 5 year old does. It's absolutely adorable coming from a 10 month old like she's sooo grown up. She says it over and over and of course it just makes me mush!!!
