"So promise me you'll never forget...that you aren't an accident or an incident...you are a gift to the world, a divine work of art, signed by God. You were deliberately planned, specifically gifted, and lovingly positioned on this earth...Flooded by emotion, overcome by pride, the Starmaker turns to us, one by one, and says, 'You are my child. I love you dearly.'" Max Lucado, God Thinks You're Wonderful

A little piece of what we live...

Well, this is what makes me just melt as a mom. The boys, especially Cooper, love to sing. Mostly its children's songs and songs from church and occasionally Owen starts singing like "Belle" off of Beauty and the Beast (I am proud that he's secure enough in his manhood that he can do that!)

So, here's a little of what the boys were singing for Sadie this morning... This one is Cooper, remember he turns 2 next month! Get ready to either cry or pee your pants! (And please excuse the toys in the background!)

After Cooper sang, Owen wanted his turn in front of the camera. So, this one is Owen and you can so tell he's performing because he's usually more of a live wire than this! (Notice Sadie spits up in the beginning!)

And we have some pics from Trick or Treating last night. We almost didn't go. Owen interrogated us about what this was all about! It was hilarious, I have never seen a kid resist Trick or Treating before...again, he's so much like Blake and would just rather not draw attention to himself in public! I love it!

So, here we are all dressed up!

This is what Cooper does when he doesn't want his picture taken. Instead of turning around or running away, he's knows it's just as affective to look the other way!

Sister actually awake and in her cheerleading uniform! Look at Owen looking at his daddy. Owen sure does look up to Blake and wants to be just like him!

Check out those toes! They don't just look long, they ARE long!

Sadly enough, that's our yard and our dead grass! But those are also two of our adorable children. Yes, one looks a little dishevelled from an incident with diaper rash cream (see post below), but they are still cute!
We have a great neighborhood for Trick or Treating! Everyone felt sorry for the boys and the size of their goody bags, but come on! Who needs that much candy! So, one of our friends next door gave us these bags that Cooper is holding FULL of treats!

Owen showing us some of his loot!Cooper crunching on a lollipop! Again, notice the hair! It only got worse the more I picked through those black curls!

Oh my goodness how cute! Ummm...I have a 2 year old..pretty cute little man but he sure can't sing a whole song! Sutton's version of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star consists of only "Twinkle, twinkle, twinkle, twinkle, etc" You get the point.....

Way to go little men! And I love how when Owen is done singing, he hands Sadie back to you!

Love you!

The pics are adorable, as usual! How in the world did you get the cream out of his hair after all?!

Love it all! The singing is just precious! So glad you have that captured on film! Molly you are soo great about capturing your children and their childhood. They will love looking back on all of this. Owen's filming looked like it ended a little abruptly! In a bit of a hurry to get the hand off of Sadie? So very cute! I love your blog!
Love,
Julie
