"So promise me you'll never forget...that you aren't an accident or an incident...you are a gift to the world, a divine work of art, signed by God. You were deliberately planned, specifically gifted, and lovingly positioned on this earth...Flooded by emotion, overcome by pride, the Starmaker turns to us, one by one, and says, 'You are my child. I love you dearly.'" Max Lucado, God Thinks You're Wonderful

My favorite color

RED is my favorite color and when I saw this template...I had to use it.

I LOVE it...but the other pic of the family just didn't work.

I also LOVE this snippet from Max Lucado's book "God Thinks You're Wonderful". Hope it touches you too. It's a book that was given to Owen for his first Christmas. When I first read it to him, and even to this day...I can't help but think about how this book so addresses some very important things both adoptees and birth families need to hear and accept. I cry just about every time I read it just praying that our kids "get" how much God loves them.

We've had a busy weekend, well Blake and I have. He's been so good to help me with my "honey do" list to get the house ready to sell. Everyone keeps asking us when we are moving and I think it's because I keep talking about it...you'd think it was happening next week.

If there is one thing you should know about Blake and I its that we are planners. When we have a big change coming up in our lives, we plan the heck out of it. That's why we always joke that God brought us to adoption...you have no control and no ability to plan domestic adoption.

So, we have to be in Aspen on February 1st. But with the way the market is, you just don't know how long it will take to sell. So we are trying to plan and be flexible and listen to God. Yea...that's hard to do sometimes...balance all of that. We are excited to meet with our realtor this week and see what all we need to do and when we should list this baby.

I know you could really care less about all of that...so here's what you really came here for!

The girls in the stroller. I LOVE Emery's face. She looks very concerned.

It's amazing how different all of the kids are when you remove just one!

We are having so much fun here at the science museum. I surprised Sadie and Cooper with this after we dropped Owen off for school!

She was calling Noonie! I love it!
