What happens when...

Have you ever wondered what happens when you accidentally leave diaper rash cream in your toddlers' room at nap time???

Cooper woke up from a great 4 hour nap and we found him like this. He didn't fess up to what it was, so Blake and I searched the room and there we found the almost empty tube of cream.
Is this the look of guilt or what???
And here he is giving us his "smile". He wasn't too happy when we tried to get this off of him. Do you know how hard it is to get this stuff out of your eyes and hair? You'll see in the next post that we didn't get it out before Trick or Treating either!

Molly,
I am cracking up and I have to say it literally hurts a little, but that "smile" makes it all worth it. This is what I love about your blog/boys...they can both always make me smile or laugh! I know your boys don't know me too well, but when I get all better, I want them to have a slumber party with Kylan. I think they would have a blast!!

I am in the same boat as Tara....laughing so much it really literally hurts. I don't know that I would have known what he had on his face either...unless the smell tipped you off....so this what I have to look forward to....He did look guilty...find anything in particular that got it out?

so funny! you would think it would burn in the eyes . . . apparently not though. at 6 months, i can already see that we are also going to have a rambunctious boy on our hands. he isn't even mobile, yet seems to be in everything already. yikes!

We had a dog one time that ATE a tube of baby rash cream, and I'm not kidding, her head got so swollen, it was TWICE the size as normal! I rushed her to the vet, because I thought it was going to explode. She did not even look like the same dog. The vet said this is normal...that they see it a lot! Isn't that nuts?

I'm glad he didn't eat it! He would have been something REALLY scary for Halloween if he did! Ha!

I didn't even think about him eating it! I think they are so used to covering themselves in lotion, and putting it in their hair that he did just that! Blake took the boys golfing that afternoon and I was so embarrassed. My beautiful brown baby boy was now this awful pasty white color! He said he thought people would think it was for Halloween! So glad all it took was a good shampoo and soap down!

I'm laughing so hard right now! Who would think with all those toys he'd rather play with diaper rash lotion! Thank you for giving me a good laugh today!!!
