"So promise me you'll never forget...that you aren't an accident or an incident...you are a gift to the world, a divine work of art, signed by God. You were deliberately planned, specifically gifted, and lovingly positioned on this earth...Flooded by emotion, overcome by pride, the Starmaker turns to us, one by one, and says, 'You are my child. Bonding

Emery and I had a blessing these last few days. About 6 months ago our family had planned a trip to the lake for the 4th. It would be the kids first time to go to the lake and ride in a boat.

When Emery made her speedy entrance, we knew that we couldn't take her out on the lake. We decided to let the kids go with Blake and his family, while sister and I got to have some great bonding time.

We went to Tulsa to hang out with my family over the weekend...and wow, it was incredible to just get to soak her up.
Enjoy the pics...

Papa Max playing with Emery. Look how big she is getting already!

My mom has used this bassenet for everyone of her kids and grandkids. So neat to let Emery sleep in it for the first time.

Emery's first wedding! Yes, I was THAT mom that brought my baby to a wedding. I know, GASP. She was a perfect angel though!

My mom found this precious preemie dress for sissy. It is to die for cute and might be used for doll clothes after she grows out of it!

My sisters invited some Tulsa friends over to squeeze on Emery! Look at those cute cookies!

Cash LOVES Noonie. He could hardly stand all the excitement over Emery!
Girls, thanks for coming over on such short notice! So fun to share our miracle with you!

Is this not adorable? It's a dress for this summer, and then you can put pants with it next season as she grows! So fun!
Terra made me or, Emery rather, this adorable diaper bag to match her overnight bag! Check her stuff out here...
Ann Marie, the oldest cousin, holding Emme, the youngest cousin!

She's even adorable traveling! She just had her pictures taken and was pooped!

First bath! Her cord fell off and she seemed to love the warm water!

Aunt Becki meets sissy and can't believe how tiny she is. The pictures really don't do justice for showing her size.
Ragon is obsessed. Seriously. She told me that she was Emery's mommy and asked if she could take her home. Too sweet!

Grandy, Emery's great grandmother. What a precious picture! Grandy told me Sunday that she had been really good at sharing Emery with everyone all weekend, but that she had enough of it...she needed her time with Emme. Hilarious!

My sweet friend that I grew up in church with took pictures of Emery on Saturday...just a little sneak peak! She actually lives in CO, but was in town and just happened to be doing a Tulsa deal and had an opening for lil miss! Check her out.. http://www.acphotography.biz/ Thanks Allison! I can't wait to see the rest!

awh, so adorable. I'm really enjoying your post about little Emery. I can tell how tiny she is in the group picture of you and the ladies. Terry's bag is so stylish.
