I caught some sweet pictures of Sadie smiling yesterday and had to share.
She loves her new doggy from our friend Keely. Thanks Keely for the sweet Valentines!
Her face just lights up every time she smiles...it's this big!
But, she hardly ever makes a noise and you'd think a smile this big came with a squeal.
She has times when she can be loud, but for the most part...she's a quiet gal.
I hesitate to say that because when Cooper was this age I told several people that I thought he was going to be my quiet baby. HA!
Owen was such a talker from day one, that when Cooper was relatively quiet I thought he was going to be more shy....I couldn't have been more wrong! Whoa is this dude loud!
Both Owen and Cooper are quite talkative for boys...so I should know better than to try and predict Sadie's personality at this point.
I might be like my mother and have to call it quits at four. She told my dad one day, "We can't have any more...they talk too much!" They wanted six...not knowing the first 4 would be GIRLS! I tend to think they stopped with me knowing it just couldn't get any better than me! LOL!
Sorry this one is fuzzy, but the shoes she is wearing are actually ones that my mom kept. All of us girls wore these sandals back in the day! They are a bit big, but I didn't want to forget to put them on her!
Thanks Aunt Jamie and Savannah for all of our new clothes! We are loving them if you can't tell!
Hope you love the pictures as much as we do! We are heading north tomorrow to see my family for 4 days. You've figured this out by now how I handle Blake's schedule...just keep leaving town!

My parents lived in Tulsa when Ashlee was a baby and I did the same thing...if Patrick was working...I was in Tulsa! I love her little outfits and the crayons in the ears are classic...what is it about boys and bodily openings???? Have fun in Tulsa...we will be there Friday for a field trip!
Molly,
Oh my word....Sadie is precious!! Could she be any cuter?! Isn't it fun dressing little girls up and then showing them off?! BTW...your new hair style is super cute on you! Miss seeing you!
she is so beautiful! i love her big eyes! i will admit that Holden is already a loudmouth, but still oh-so-sweet!
crack up at the shoes....what is up with your chillins and walking at eight months...maybe dad is right, maybe you all do have a "Shockley Boot Camp". I will send Greyson. I love the smiles...and I really love how ladylike sissy is with her hands folded and lips pursed!
Sadie's getting so big!! I love the sweet personality she seems to be developing. And I can't believe there wasn't a big squeal to go along with that big grin. What a surprise!
Molly, I have loud, talkative boys too! It is crazy how much they talk and how loud they really are! I thought Carter would not be as loud as Caden because he wasn't talking as well as early...nope, no such luck! I am praying Cole can be just a little quieter! Your kiddos are just precious!
BEAUTIFUL!!! I love seeing pictures of sweet Sadie's smile - priceless!!!
Look at these babies, Molly!!
Beautiful!
Sadie makes me smile. I need a girl...a little brown one.
I love the pictures of the crayons. Anson was our kid who stuck things in his ears...and his nose.
He still remembers all the trips to the doctor's office to remove weird things from his face holes.
Love it!
Heather
What a great smile! She is so cute, and her hair bows are so big!
Love the pictures of the boys and crayons. I'm scared to think of what Steven will do. (My uncle walked around with a miniature turtle in his mouth! Gross!)
just checking up on your sweet family! i can't believe how big sadie is! precious!!!
Ok...she is pulling up??? Holy cow! that is early
Love the big smile and don't worry the squeals will come.
Si is a loud lil man too...but I figure he talks because he needs to process all that he takes in. he's quite a smart one...which clearly Owen and Coop man are too!
That 1st picture is my favorite picture yet of little Miss Sadie!! And I hear, crayons make great q-tip! Have so much fun with your family and take lots of pictures!
